Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, a future Hall of Famer, became the NFL leader in touchdown passes on Sunday night, breaking Brett Favre's record of 508. During the Broncos' dismantling of the San Francisco 49ers, Manning threw four touchdown passes, and now has 510 career touchdown passes.




In front of 77,047 fans at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, Manning went 22-26 for 318 yards, including four touchdown completions and no interceptions.


"Quite an honor," Manning said following the game. "I do have an appreciate for the quarterbacks who have played this game over the years. A lot of people helped get me to this point. I'm very honored."
